Export Lovefield database to zip file then be able to restore

Hi

Im not sure if possible but would like to export the lovefield database to a zip file which i can then use to load on another machine thus been able to debug problems.

The use case is we have a customer working live but for example the products dont want to upload (where everyone elses does). I would like to take his database, load it locally on my dev machine and debug why its happening.

Is this possible?

Hi.

Lovefield already supports import/export functionality, see details at https://github.com/google/lovefield/blob/master/docs/spec/03_life_of_db.md#37-importexport. It does not create a zip file, but you can package the exported data on your end to a zip file if that is desired.
