40 children die in foster care in calif

On Bill O"reilly show on Fox News on Wednesday,  the discussion was
how foster chidren are treated as chattel and no respect ever given to
them and their rights are not protected.

Imagine even one child dying in foster care where they were removed
for protection of their wellbeing.  But 40 children dying thats so bad.

I have been advocating that if states cannot take care of children as
they are suppose to then they should stop removing children and should
try something new.

My idea now and i would love to hear more on my thoughts is that the
states assign an advisor who will live with the family and teach them
how to care for their children and if the family still cannot learn or
be willing to help their own children then remove them and immediately
have them adopted.

Wow, such a drastsic step you say?  Well i and millions of other
children like myself were for almost 18 years abused by the foster
family, the neighbors, the school and the community officials that
felt we as foster children were using their resources at the cost of
the people that lived there but infact us children had no choice in
being there.  I was sent fifty miles from where i had roots and knew
noone and everyone hated me because i was a state kid and i was blamed
that i must have done something wrong to get into foster care.
Actually i was five months old, hmmm what could i have done wrong, and
the social workers as little as anyone seen them did not tell anyone
that we did not do anything wrong except being in a family that with
me abandoned me on the street at five months old.
