Friday May 13: 4strugglemag Fundraiser: Showing Cointelpro 101 - $5 or PWYC
Bike Pirates (1292 Bloor St West), 7-11pm
Come out to the Canadian Premiere of the movie Cointelpro 101 to help support 4strugglemag, a magazine focusing on the writing of political prisoners - for more info click here.
The Love & Rage Liberation Collective will be participating as part of the Toronto Vegan Baking Militia - if you would like to support by baking some vegan yummies let us know!
Saturday May 14: Marineland Opening Day Demonstration
Marineland 7657 Portage Rd. Niagara Falls, 12-3pm
Not everyone loves marineland - protest this cruel park on May 14th!!! For more info check out the event on facebook.
Love & Rage will be supporting our friends in St. Catharines at this protest!
Saturday May 14: End Civ Film Screening and Test their Logik CD release party! - $5-$10 sliding scale/PWYC (Nobody turned away for lack of funds)
Saturday May 14 - Tuesday May 17: Canadian Association for Laboratory Animal Science Conference
Conference Centre at the Sheraton/Best Western Parkway Hotel, 600 Highway 7 East, Richmond Hill, ON
Protest on Sunday May 15! Stop U of T Vivisection and the Animal Allies of Western New York are organizing a demo against the conference. You can find details here!
