Help me find a photographer.

Hello everyone, could you help me find the source of this picture and in what year and by whom it was taken?

It seems this picture was sent to Fiore Dago (who runs the fabulous @katebush_thecollection on Instagram) by an Elliot Moody, who wrote with it:

"I work in a photographic studio and this was in our office. This Polaroid was supposedly found on the floor after a shoot many years ago. They saved it. I can't tell you much about it other than it was shot at ‘The Worx Studios’. It was found on the ground after a photoshoot. Way before I started to work there. It was in our office and knowing my father and me were a big fan. I have now given it to my father as he is the person who introduced me to the amazingness that is Kate Bush. I thought you might find it interesting!" 

I believe the picture was dated to circa 2005 when it was originally posted :)
