RECIPES:
GINGERED HONEY SALMON

1/3 cup orange juice (or pineapple lemon or lime)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-4 salmon fillets
Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Pour marinade in large zipper bag and add salmon. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes turning once or twice. Grill in cast iron pan with marinade on medium heat 10 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

SWISS TUNA QUICHE
Recipe from www.NancysKitchen.com/
1 (9") unbaked pastry shell
1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash ground nutmeg
Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes and remove to cool. In large bowl toss together next 3 ingredients, then remaining ingredients with the seasoning, mixing well. (Vary the recipe by adding half can cream of celery soup as part of the cheese measure!) Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with or without the pastry shell.
