Admiring One’s Knowledge, By An-Nawawi
An-Nawawee said:
"The way to rid oneself of self-admiration is to know that knowledge is a blessing from Allaah (swt) and a complete favour. That belongs to Allaah (swt) which He takes away, and that belongs to Him which He gives, and everything has an appointed time with Him, so a person should not develop self-admiration for something that he had nothing to do with and has no control over, and it is not certain that it will last."
[Al-Majmoo' 1/55]
An-Nawawee said:

Do Muslims suffer from Trials in the month of Safar???
Narrated by Abu Huraira RadiyAllaho Anho , Allah's Messenger (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam) said:
‘(There is) no 'Adwa (no contagious disease is conveyed without Allah's permission), nor is there any bad omen (from birds), nor is there any Hamah, nor is there any bad omen in the month of Safar, and one should run away from the leper as one runs away from a lion.'' (Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.608)
In the days of ignorance before the advent of Islam, the pagans used to believe that the month of Safar was a difficult month and that it carried evil omens with the advent of Islam and the Truth, the Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam) clarified that no day or no month carries any evil omens and declared such self-invented superstitions and false beliefs absolutely baseless.
Every day, every week, every month, every year belongs to Allah Subhanau Taa'la, and there is no day, or week, or month or year which in itself is inherently evil or tough or brings with it evil omens or bad luck, these are absolute superstitions based on absolute falsehoods and the believers are guided to fear Allah Subhanau Taa'la and His Day of Qiyamah rather than such self-invented and absolute falsehoods.
And Allaah alone knows best.

Whosoever introduces a desirable or undesirable deeds
Ibn Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (sal-Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam ) said, "The first son of Adam*(Alayhi Salaam) takes a share of the guilt of every one who murders another wrongfully because he was the initiator of committing murder".[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Ibn Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (sal-Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam ) said, "The first son of Adam*(Alayhi Salaam) takes a share of the guilt of every one who murders another wrongfully because he was the initiator of committing murder".[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
* The son of Adam Alayhi Salaam in the Hadith is said to be Qabil. Allah tells us about his story in Surat Al-Maidah (The Table spread with Food). Verses 27-31.
Commentary:
This Hadith gives us an idea how serious is the crime of initiating an evil which is followed by others. One who initiates an evil would be sinful for all those who follow him in that crime till the Day of Resurrection. The safest course, therefore, is that one should abstain from heresy and stick to obedience only.
19/172 - Riyad Us-Saliheen (Gardens of the Righteous)
Commentary:

O OUR MOST COMPASSIONATE اللّـه, protect our brothers & sisters, & our children of Gaza, Syria, all over the world
O OUR RAHEEM اللّـه, change their intolerable conditions of adversity into tolerable conditions of prosperity, change their ongoing fear, despair & constant worry to conditions of peace & security & protect our Masjidul Aqsa, O اللّـه
O OUR KAREEM اللّـه, they have been through many many adversities, O اللّـه, restore their dignity & honor
O اللّـه, guide those oppressive rulers that continue to harm our brothers & sisters in different parts of the world towards deen but if guidance is not written for them than let them perish & O اللّـه, destroy every one of them
And O OUR اللّـه, YOU KNOW BEST
O اللّـه, bless us, forgive us, protect us, forgive all our sins, raise our position, we ask YOU O اللّـه, for a high position in the Garden of Bliss, & help us against the disbelieving folk
O اللّـه, bestow on us endurance, & make our foothold sure & firm on Siraatul Mustaqeem & accept this dua of ours
Salaat, Salaam & Salutations Upon The Protector & Guide of The Believers, Sayyedena Muhammad صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
