yo the gym session went mad well, i was impressed by how much freedom
we were allowed. i think i can speak for the group, seth, math, todd,
in saying that we all learned a lot about limits, even math's face
learned a lot too about limits too.

the meet up on saturday was inspirational as well, i'm really hyped
about training and learning new stuff. i'm going to talk to todd and
the boys at flip city about doing some time during the week. gym
training is easy on your body, it allows confidence building, and i
think is a healthy environment for strength development. i think that
training outside can sometimes distort focus, it's easy to get lost in
it all, the grandeur and the excitement of being in public, pushing
ourselves.

so i'm going to try to start hitting flip city on tuesdays and
thursdays, and sundays. the idea to drill more and play less and
master more and learn less.

Basil,

You have talked to the guy at Flip City, so would you share what you
found out?

I believe the days are Tuesday and Thursday but what would be the
times/cost, etc.?

Is it weekly/monthly? and is the frequency of the workouts, or the
number of attendants tied to the price?

if you are interested in regularly training at flip city- hit me up.
if not, open gym is on sundays, 2-4, regardless. my shins are acting
up so i won't be there this evening, but anyone interested in a water
training session tonight can shoot me a line.

I'll be coming out today too. But one quick question, I hear everyone
saying 2-4 for the open gym but why does the Flip CIty website say the
Sunday open gym is from 1-3?

because they have failed to update their website.  We've told them.  What more can we do but to disseminate the correct information?
