to Louisville Parkour
Hi, I'm Duckie, I'm new to the PK world. I'm wanting to learn this so
that I can stay physically fit more so than I have been. I've been
studying up on American PK. com and have been interested in this for
quite sometime. I'm looking for some jams to learn at and train in.
Being a novice I'm sure you all would get some amusement.

Also, I was going through Louisville yesterday. I am not sure this is
the kind of run most of us are looking for. But, I thought it would be
a good idea for excerising and training. My girlfriend and I went up
to Iriquois Park and there are Many a trail throughout the park
itself. I plan on checking them out in a couple days to see what type
of obsticles are there, if any. And, I'm sure we're allowed to venture
away from the paths themselves. If anyone's interested just say so.

Hey Duckie, Welcome to LPK.

I have definitely seen some potential at Iroquois Park, especially that trail going up to the overlook.  Nature trail running is also extremely beneficial training for parkour.  Pick a day and time that is good for you and post it on the site.  Then people can show up if they want.  (If you (anyone) do plan on attending a meet-up please post a reply saying you are going)

Also, Duckie, U of L on Wednesday nights at 8:30 has proved to be a good meet-up for beginners.
I may be late this week, but we usually have a good regular crowd and you and your girlfriend should definitely check it out.

See you out there,

Biz

Todd
