LRFC Members and Players -

Fall season will be here before we know it. Our official schedule has been updated by the Midwest Rugby Union - I hope this one stays in place. The only change is that the final two matches of the fall season are moved to the spring season.

I hope to see a massive showing at the fall matches from friends, families, and previous players. 

LRFC will begin a new training program as of July 9th 2013. This will be for all players interested in playing or just getting back in shape.
