During your three month probationary period you will be: subject to random inspections of your reading material, grilled on your opinions of classical fiction surnames, tested on your ability to create a menu compatible to our reading material, and trained to master book club fire drills...how many titles can you save without spilling your wine?

You will then complete a 250 page thesis on the evolution and necessity of book clubs in a television infused society with special attention on all the ways that books themselves are becoming screens.

And presto! it's that easy.
