Using GNU TLS with loudmouth-1.4.3

Hello,
I am trying to compile 1.4.3 from sources, and I have gnutls-2.8.6
while configure, I get the error that libgnutls-config could not be
found
I browsed this discussion list and found a patch to configure.ac, and
applied it, still I see the same error!
Are there any other changes that I need to make apart from the
configure.ac ?

do you have the devel version of gnutls?

or you mean
the latest sources of gnutls pulled from the repo?
Is it possible to create a libgnutls-config script ?, can I get it
from some older
version and alter - to make it work with LM ?
