New autogen.sh

Hello all,

In an attempt to make building run a little smoother on different
systems, I committed a change to engineyard/loudmouth that uses
autoreconf inside of autogen.sh instead of what was there before. It
still runs gtkdocize, of course.

I'd really appreciate it of folks could try it out and let me know if
it behaves differently on their platform. I've tested it on Mac OS
10.5.6 and Gentoo Linux (the version on the EY Express v0.1-r1 image).
