1.5.0 buildsystem fixes

Hi!

Attached are patches to fix issues in the buildsystem of loudmouth-1.5.0.

loudmouth-1.5.0-asyncns-system.patch:
Add the possibility to link against the system libasyncns.

loudmouth-1.5.0-parallel-make.patch:
Parallel make has issues with test-dns. This should fix it.
I am not sure if it works for out-of-source builds. If not,
consider using _LDFLAGS or _DEPENDENCIES.
