Removed dependency on ruby-glib2

As part of my ongoing quest to make it easier to install loudmouth-
ruby, I've removed the dependency on ruby-glib2.

Yay for fewer dependencies!

Hi,

Nice going! If I read your other post correctly you use EventMachine now instead of GLib to power the mainloop, right?

It's really nice to have the ruby bindings not depend on the ruby-glib2 bindings even if Loudmouth in itself depends on GLib2.
