Loudmouth-Ruby 0.3.0 Released

I'm proud to announce the release of Loudmouth-Ruby 0.3.0.

Most of the work in this release has been related to stability. However, Raphael Simon contributed a patch that allows the user to run the glib loop in its own thread and use EventMachine for the ruby event loop. This eliminates the need to install the ruby-glib2 bindings. Thanks, Raphael!
