Looks like a really nice list. I'm excited to see somebody using Jump Marines as it seems like they will move around the board fast and make for an interesting dynamic. Plus hammer of wrath and rerolling assault ranges is always nice. Just out of curiosity, why a rhino with the devastators and not the group of tacticals without one? I think of devastators as static in cover, but was wondering your thoughts.

Really it could go either way, but I the Devs would use it as a mobile wall:
Movement phase: rhino moves out of the way
Shooting phase: devs fire, rhino moves back in the way.
