3.TITLE: Technical Analyst
LOCATION: McLean, VA
DESCRIPTION:
Inventory existing reference documents which consist of: SOPs, Narratives, Workflow Diagrams and/or HomeFront/Wiki Sites.
* Work with IAM Team Members (new members who may have trained or joined recently and not SMEs) to identify if there are processes/detailed steps to execute a process missing from one or more SOPs.
* A mapping of the processes which are executed in support of each control (including any QC processes).
* Perform analysis to identify SOP and Narrative gaps in response to audit needs
* Work with IAM team leads to develop any missing SOPs
* Work to revise, reformat, standardize and/or update existing Narratives & Work Flow Diagrams as needed based on feedback and information received from IAM Team.
* Work to revise, reformat, standardize and/or update existing SOPs as needed based on feedback and information received from IAM Team.
* Develop SOP Handbook components
* Socialize/provide training of the SOP Handbook to the IAM team
* Work to revise, reformat, standardize and/or update existing HomeFront Wiki Sites as needed based on feedback and information received around SOPs and Narratives.
* Perform updates to the SOP Handbook as needed
* Support audit responses as needed
Skills:

· Experience with Customer Care applications/process.
· Experience with carriers(Internet/Phone) Activation system/inventory system process.
