Sunday, July 20th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
a three hour workshop

Diana is a beautiful talented bellydancer and percussionist who has
excelled in the art of finger cymbals.

WORSKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Are your zills feeling neglected? Do you wish you could play more than
just R-RLR-RLR-RLR?? Dust off those zills, as this might be the
workshop for you!
What other dance prop can easily translate to ALL styles of
Bellydance? What other dance prop allows interaction with a live band?
Adding zills to your dancing will wow your audience and fellow dancers
not only with your dexterity, but your knowledge and articulation of
rhythm.
Workshop will cover learning how to play, then move, and then dance to
the more popular Middle Eastern rhythms found in the music we know and
love.
Please bring your own zills to class and ensure that they fit tight
enough to not fall off when you flick your hands. If you do not have
your own, you can purchase a beginner set from Lotus Dance Studio.
