Position: Solution Architect
Location: Fort Wort, TX
Duration: Long term Contract

 

Mandatory Skills:
• Work on direct Client engagements involving large transformation in the areas of Business Process Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
• Work with Client process owners, business groups and Enterprise Architects to understand their business objectives and processes
• Lead a team of consultants at onsite / offshore throughout the engagement
• Prepare strategy documents including business architecture approach and program roadmap
• Mentor the Client organization to identify and design the KPIs. Manage metrics capture and reporting, and mentors the organization in mature use of the KPIs.
• Identify up-selling opportunities within current engagement, continue to build relationships and drive value within existing accounts
• Utilize Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as ToGAF, Zachman etc
• Leverage Enterprise Architecture tools such as ARIS, Troux, IBM System Architect, Mega etc for Architecture and Process Modeling
• A minimum of 12+ years’ relevant experience in business process analysis and improvement initiatives in a consulting or industry practitioner role
• Experience in process modelling and architecture for large transformation initiatives
• Preferred experience with end-end BPM tool implementation initiatives (IBM BPM, Savvion, Appian, Pega, Tibco)
