SILVA database cannot access

Dear all,

I encountered a problem when I installed this software, the SILVA database link cannot access so the software cannot download by itself. I tried to change the link in autoInstall.pl file, but it doesn't work.

I changed like this "my $baseSP = "http://www.arb-silva.de/no_cache/download/archive/release_123_1/Exports/";"

Is there any other method to solve this problem?

Hey Hao,

sorry for the late answer, but I hope I can still help you. I think there was a time when our server was offline for a few hours, did you have recently the same problem? Actually I don't think the above would work, as the SIVLA naming scheme is probably not the same as I use in LotuS (Which is why I have the SILVA files on our local server).
