Today I am in receipt of the attached mail from FM alleging me for the conduct.

I am forwarding you this mail to bring the facts of 17th evening, and keep you informed about the dictatorship attitude of FM.

Since from months together we all residents are badly suffering with the forced power cut by FM, (which even goes for 3 days power cut at a stretch) and despite repeated efforts from many of us they never gave a satisfactory response, which clearly speaks about there unconcerned & ignorant attitude ,However when we inquired from the Electricity departments (ie NPCL) they always informed it is a individual problem of 'Lotus Boulevard Society' , But the FM was always ignorant and non-responsive and did not initiated any corrective measure to arrest/ resolve the problem once for all. please refer to my earlier mail also in the same regards dated 19th May'14.

On 17th late evening around 11:00 PM after my evening walk I tried to inquire the same power cut problem with FM and visited to DG area along with some more known residents of the society including evening walkers, The sole purpose of our visit to this place was to confirm the facts of the same, But mind it our entry to the said area is NOT FORCEFUL on a contrary the security guard only guided us to DG Area as we were not aware about this area and when we tried to inquire about the same they started arguments and landed to a heated discussion , But again there was no misconduct OR manhandling from our side.

I strongly believe that instead of hiding under the claws of ' STRICTLY RESTRICTED AREA' , as a service provider you should come forward and resolve this problem for ever and we all residents will co-operate with them in this positive gesture of FM.

At the end I am sorry to state that this all story is cooked by one individual (who is unfortunately a member of the society only) along with FM Team , He is the one who is having a personal enmity with me and one more owner of the the society, His intentions are just to get attention of the local society members for some his vested interest.

Moreover , I sincerely appeal to all my LB friends/ residents to please come forward against this unethical practices of FM.

On 17^th Jul 2014 about 11:20 pm. you entered in the Utility Block of Lotus Boulevard Housing despite resistance of security guard cautioning you that it is Strictly Restricted Area. You further violated the instructions of maintenance staff, became physical with them and attempted to stop the essential services for the entire society.      

 

The above act of yours is a case of sabotage and therefore you are hereby communicate to explain that what caused you to do so and why a legal action is not to be initiated against you.

I don't know who this personal enmity is being referred to. At least I don't have enmity with any residents but there could be difference of opinions/views. My email to residents wasn't intended to defame any individual or group.
I have had maintained the identity of the residents involved strictly confidential.
The only purpose of my email was to express disagreement with one particular method of protest, in which the workers are targeted.
