Appended below please find the updates on the issues discussed in the monthly meeting held on 25th May 2013.
1. Service & Response of Triple Play need improvement:- Much has been done on the working of Triple Play. Representatives of Triple Play will be available in the meeting to understand further scope of improvement and addressing the grievances.
2. Mobile Booster: Airtel has started positioning its logistics at site, closure expected by 15th Jul.
3. Operations of swimming pool:- Licensing will be done by 10th of July 2013.
4. Provision of phone in the elevators:- Quotations are under evaluation for further progress.
5. Elevators are not to be used by the workers:- Appropriate signages are posted and tower guards are briefed to monitor and restriction. Required support is requested from the residents on the same.
6. Common Notice Board:- Posted outside Facility office (Ground Floor of Tower – 3)
7. Grill is missing from a small area of the periphery in front of Tower No. 6:- Rectified.
8. Kids play area precautions:- All precautions as suggested have been completed.
9. Volley ball court to be made operational:-Ready.
10. More Planters to be arranged for Towers 6 & 7:- In progress.
11. Provision of locking Letter boxes (same as tower 6 & 7) :- Fixing number plate is near closure. Concerned team is working on locking mechanism.
As requested by residents, monthly meeting for the month of June 2013 is scheduled at 11 am on Sunday, the 30th June 2013, venue – Club House.

Good to know in the meeting about the various updates given by 3cfm.
However many points could not be discussed in absence of fixed agenda of the residents. Number of participants were also relatively low.
