Thanks for the long awaited update.
Just to be specific on one thing, I hope you will be able to meet the new deadline of 10th July for the swimming pool.
Please also provide the update for mobile boosters for vodafone. Earlier, we had requested you to share the ongoing thread with us so that we could have pitched in together to ensure stable signal strength for mobile phones. It still remains as a big issue.
Please also reconsider the residents demand of having cctv at security gates and providing the feed through cable service. I don't think it will incur substantial cost.
Another attempt of cost saving by saying NO to install AC drainage pipelines has resulted into spoiling the outlook of the society as residents had to place water containers on their windows ACs. It is multiple impacts i.e. wastage of water, cause noise pollution and also degrades the outlook of the society as well.
In updates, I think you have missed out the update on pending IGL connections.

Dear Residents,

 

Appended below please find the updates on the issues discussed in the monthly meeting held on 25th  May 2013.

 

1.       Service & Response of Triple Play need improvement:-   Much has been done on the working of Triple Play. Representatives of Triple Play will be available in the meeting to understand further scope of improvement and addressing the grievances.

2.       Mobile Booster:  Airtel has started positioning its logistics at site, closure expected by 15th Jul.  

3.       Operations of swimming pool:- Licensing will be done by 10th of July 2013.

4.       Provision of phone in the elevators:- Quotations are under evaluation for further progress.

5.       Elevators are not to be used by the workers:- Appropriate signages are posted and tower guards are briefed to monitor and restriction.  Required support is requested from the residents on the same.

6.       Common Notice Board:- Posted outside Facility office (Ground Floor of Tower – 3)

7.       Grill is missing from a small area of the periphery in front of Tower No. 6:- Rectified.

8.       Kids play area precautions:- All precautions as suggested have been completed.  

9.       Volley ball court to be made operational:-Ready.

10.   More Planters to be arranged for Towers 6 & 7:-  In progress.

11.   Provision of locking Letter boxes (same as tower 6 & 7) :- Fixing number plate is near closure. Concerned team is working on locking mechanism.

 

 

As requested by residents, monthly meeting for the month of June 2013 is scheduled at 11 am on Sunday, the 30th June 2013, venue – Club House.

Reg. AC drainage pipes.....the problem is worse for extended balconies.....You can't put container/bucket for collecting dripping water as water is dispersed by air before reaching your extended balcony. It spoils whole of balcony......

If, 3Cs has denied ... I am planning to hang my pipes from AC outlets of floors above me.  This will further add to the beauty of our external facade. :) And I am thinking seriously for it, it's NOT a joke. If 3Cs is so conscious about it's cost..I am also very very conscious about cost and will hang normal pipes sooner or later....And I am sure facility or anyone will NOT poke their nose ...

Good to know in the meeting about the various updates given by 3cfm.
However many points could not be discussed in absence of fixed agenda of the residents. Number of participants were also relatively low.

agree. I found it somewhat useful.
If people are not turning up because they are satisfied with the services run by 3cfm, it is a good sign Else it is a BIG Problem.
One of the RULE is:
"How soon the remaining facilities are going to be delivered with how best quality IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO the strength of the union of the residents and the amount of time residents are going to spend to ensure that 3c is working on it"
