You are aware that the wages of manpower is revised biannually, cost of material gets increased frequently and the rate of electricity also gets revised by UPPCL time to time. The enhancements in rates/cost are bearing some blow and management is compelled to revise the charges as per the details appended below:

Note: Copy of UPPCL letter and audit report of FM income & expense are ready with us and the same will be made available with site FM office by 14th March 2015 for residents’ perusal. |

Implementation of above rates will cause arrears (both positive and negative) towards maintenance account of individual apartment which are being calculated and will be made available with site Helpdesk by 15th March 2015.
The amounts of arrears are to be settled before 30th of March 2015 else, there will be no option other than auto-adjustment of the same by the system on 31st of March 2015 with the existing maintenance accounts balance. It may be noted that the auto adjustment may cause insufficient balance in the accounts hence; you are advised to check balance in your accounts on 30th March 2015 and re-charge it accordingly to avoid disconnection of electricity.
