Need help: Anyone faced the issue of SLIDING DOOR in drawing room wheels getting worn out  and need replacement as per FM the cost is 2500 /-  INR should we pay upfront or negotiate that it should come under maintenance

Also it would help if in case someone has faced similar issue and has got the same replaced then can share information

A re-post on the issue 

did anyone faced the issue of the wheel under the sliding door ? ( see attached pic)  My tenant is having serios problem as the carpenter has removed the sliding  door and this wheel is not available anywhere .

I tried wit maintenance but maintenance folks say the y do not have the material ( wheel) and it snot available in marlket ... just trying to find if someone else also faced this issue
