Tomorrow is supposed to be the club's first no-drop gravel ride.  The weather should be great.

What we need is a ride leader.  Who is willing to lead the ride?  Mostly this means showing up, making sure the ride starts, and making sure no one is left behind.

Any takers?

Eric, I’m doing a gravel ride tomorrow and would be happy to call it a LRC ride if you’d like.
Details: Start at 8am from the Tram Trail trailhead/golf course parking lot. Route: Greenbelt, Lydle Gultch, Mayfield and return. 60 miles 3k climbing (12-14mph ave) self support, bring water/food for 4 hours. (If you doubt your abilities please sit this one out. Otherwise come ride. It will be will be chill)

I’m out of town this weekend otherwise I’d lead or co-lead the slow group.

Dumb question - where are rides posted?

Brian,

Not as dumb question at all.

Our "standard" recurring rides are listed on the LRC web site and facebook page.

At February's club meeting we decide to start two new rides:
- no drop road ride on the 1st Sunday of the month
- no drop gravel ride on the 3rd Saturday of the month (this was pushed back a week this month due to rain)

Currently these two new rides are not listed on either the web site or facebook page.  However, they will be in the future assuming
- we get enough participation to consider it a group ride
- we get a group of people who show up consistently that can serve as ride leaders

This will hopefully be our first group ride, but we do need a commitment that someone will be there.
Route and meeting place are not set, as that requires a leader.  ;)

Eric
