Date Convert to Accounting Quarter

Dear All,

i need to convert the date into accounting quarter for example if Date is April to June the result will be 1st quarter then if date is july to sep result will be 2nd quarter then if date is oct to dec result will be 3rd quarter and jan to mar result will be 4th quarter.
