I have 2 dimensional array like this table.

I want to find the 8 number which occurred most frequently(Duplicate numbers) in this array. And i want to know the missing numbers or less frequent number from 1-37 in this array.

I want to do it with formula.

Can you please help me in this regard?

I want result in below format:

maximum duplicates shown
