LFC Spring Quarter Meeting Minutes Week 7

*Dance Party Fundraiser @ Union Arts went over well, next time have some special
beverages available? Or in a bar perhaps?
*Fundraising:
-Selling Cookies Friday night (baking them at my (Jess Craine’s place Riverpark
37-503) be @ mi casa around NOON THIRTY Friday..yummy
-Movie Night Monday 8 p.m. (not sure what movie yet) in Bentley
-Selling Freeze pops on college green for $.25
*Show Rundown:
**-Matt & Ben: SOUND & LIGHT OP NEEDED!!!! If you can help contact Mike Reynolds
or Corey Dinardo
--M&B also needs a lot of books for their set please bring them by Baker Center
at 9 p.m. tomorrow if you don’t mind letting us borrow them...it would be a good
idea to write your name in them so you don't lose them.
**November: May need a few run crew contact Tim Gaydos if interested.
**Reefer Madness: Official Dates and times: 5/29-5/30 & 6/5 @ 7p and 6/6 @ 2p

*BUILD / ART DAY: It is Novembers’ build day this Saturday at noon. Meet at the
bottom of Baker Center at 11:45 a.m. if you want a ride. We are also having an
Art day for Reefer Madness same time and place.
*Receipts are in PLEASE contact Emily Dixon if you want YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!
*ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW: We are looking for people interested in Directing
and Producing Rocky with us this year to learn the ropes and possibly take over
next year when I will be gone. :( PLEASE contact Jess Craine (me) or Laura
McMullen if you are at all interested in inheriting something so unbelievably
sexy and awesome!
