Swimming Pool and Hot Tub

The repair of swimming pool and hot tub has been completed. It is
ready for use.

We are still working with Dana Johns (John's Roofing) to complete the
repainting of the doors that were damaged during the April '09 hail
storm.

As soon as we complete the outstanding work with John's Roofing, our
next project is the repair of the asphalt and resurfacing of the
parking areas.

Hi Dottie,
The hot tob is actually not working.  I tried to use it last night, the jets did not come on and it was not hot.  Do you know when this will be fixed?

Hi Marilyn

They came to fix the pool and hot tub, however, the hot tub is still now working.  I tried it yesterday, it's not hot and the jets don't work.  Do you know when this will be fixed?

Tried the hot tub today and it is still not working.  The water is cold and the jets still do not come on.  Can you please let us know when this will be fixed?

I have again spoken with Hines; there appears to be an issue with the heater and they are working up a proposal.  It is not related to the recent work on the hot tub.
