The board members are seeking information of any unfinished work (ie
windows, screens, etc) from the insurance claim from last hail damage
to the buildings. If you have any such knowledge or have any

Dottie,  I pulled down my attic door last week & a shingle fell on my head.  there are bits & pieces of wood chips on the steps on my attic door.  I haven't seen any damage, but I thought I should report it.

Some of my window screens were marked for replacement, but have not been as was my front door.  It was supposed to have been replaced but, again, not yet.  I understand painting has been the issue with the doors.

Hey Dot! Hope all is well with you.  My first floor front window was marked for repair, but was never done.  It would be nice if they would replace all of our screens so they would all match.  The new ones are a different style and it looks rather odd from the outside.
