RE:  New Gate Access codes effective Monday April 11

 

 Dear Owner:

 

In order to provide for the security of the community, the gate codes will be changed and the directory purged of old names and the new resident list entered.  There should not be any disruption of service with the gate directory during this change.

 

The change will take place on Monday April 11, 2011.  ALL PRIOR INDIVIDUAL CODES WILL BE REMOVED and replaced with the primary gate code (to be used by residents and immediate family) of 1836.  If you have regular visitors (for instance, a housekeeping service) you should give them the secondary gate code—1776.  Regular business people, such as UPS, trash and lawn service, have their own code.

 

The Board asks each resident of the community to make use of the gate directory when admitting visitors other than regular employees or family.  Please do NOT give the code out to casual acquaintances or the fast food delivery man.  These people can easily be admitted by you when they call through the directory box at the gate.   Remember, the process is simple. Directions are on the directory for people wishing entry.  Calls through the call box at the gate will ring the phone number you provided.  To admit a guest, push 9 on your phone and the gate will open for them.

 At the annual meeting in Dec. 2009 and again in Nov. 2010,  the residents requested and confirmed for the  gate code change. Our apologies for any inconvenience that it may have caused for the delay. It has taken "a longer time than expected" to have all the  completed forms returned to us in a self addressed envelope.
