Trash Bins

Ok everyone knows how much I do not like the trash bins, but. . . .

 

I am tired of picking up after people.   ALL TRASH, GOES IN THE BINS.  

 

Check out page 6, paragraph J-1-3 (espically J-3) of the Bylaws.   Trash pick-up men DO NOT pick up trash outside of the bins.  If you don't put your trash in the bins, then it just means that another resident gets tired of looking at your trash and finally puts it in the bin. If boxes are too big to fit in the bins, BREAK THEM DOWN and put in the bin or recycle.  If your stuff is TOO BIG to fit in the bin, DO NOT leave it on the side, you will need to make arrangements privately for removal. Be responsible for your trash.  Our community is well maintained.  Let's keep it that way, please.
