Recently I had seed investment in exchange for equity. As an
entrepreneur we do have control over who we take money from and if the
terms are agreeable. For myself, document were pretty standard, but
still had to deal with lawyers and costs. Wondering if anyone had
experience with convertible debt and if they had any drawbacks ?
