Dates: May 16-18, 2024 Ponderosa group campground, near the intersection of 501 and NM-4, just past the LANL back gate
Who can come: The whole family is invited to Cub Scout Campouts in the Fall and Spring.
All scouts must be with at least one parent/guardian for the campout.
How much: We request a $5/person/meal (up to three meals) donation to cover food costs.
All participants, including Scouts, adults, and any siblings, must provide a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record parts A and B, available at the following website under the “All Scouting Events” section. The form is good for one year, so if you provided a new one in the Spring you're all set. https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/ Tent requirements: Parents and guardians may share a tent with their family. Spouses may share tents. In all other cases, youth and adults must have separate tents and males and females must have separate tents. Youth who are sharing a tent must be within two years of age. Scouts are not allowed in other people’s tents.
Do not bring: Alcoholic beverages; glass bottles; fireworks, firearms, archery equipment, etc.; or pets. A suggested packing list will be provided separately. |
