Immersive driving simulation comes to life in the details. Dual-motor force feedback makes you feel every tire slip and terrain change. Solid steel ball bearings in the wheel shaft give weight and durability. Stainless steel paddle shifters and floor pedals apply precision force. Hand-stitched leather covered wheel makes every car luxury. Helical gearing delivers smooth, quiet operation.

Feel your tires on every turn and type of terrain. Sense under and oversteer drifting with precision. Feel every weight shift and tire slip, and the road conditions that caused them. Powerful dual-motor force feedback realistically simulates force effects so you can respond immediately and accurately.

Driving Force handles the stress of racing action and is built for long-lasting reliability. Solid steel ball bearings are used in the wheel shaft. Stainless steel paddle shifters and pedals feel great under pressure. The wheel is covered in high-quality, hand-stitched leather for a premium sports car feel. Grab your car by the wheel for a more realistic, comfortable and durable racing experience.

Exceptionally smooth, quiet steering action thanks to helical gears modeled after gears used in automotive transmissions. Anti-backlash keeps the wheel and pedals tight, maximizing your control. Driving Force Racing Wheel also features a long lasting, reliable hall-effect steering sensor, using magnetic fields to sense the position of the wheel.

All your controls are where you can reach them. The D-Pad, buttons and paddle shifters are incorporated into the racing wheel. LED indicator lights positioned just above the center of the wheel tell you exactly when to up- or down-shift so you maintain maximum acceleration without taking your eyes off the track. A 24-point selection dial and the +/- buttons on the front of the wheel let you further fine-tune your driving preferences.

Maintain a more realistic driving body position with the separate floor pedal unit with integrated throttle, brake, and clutch pedals. Driving Force lets you comfortably accelerate, brake and change gears with the feel of an actual car.

The nonlinear brake pedal mimics the performance of a pressure-sensitive brake system for a more responsive, accurate braking feel. For even finer control, reposition the pedal faces to make heel-toe maneuvers easier to perform.

Yep. I turn it off in game settings. I suppose that issue in Logitech Gaming Software. Because when i deleted LGS and connect wheel without driver - wheel works(maybe) good, however, button mapping dont working correctly.

I think I had this issue before with it being really strong at center. Try this. Go into game and copy down your current settings. Then drop everything to zero and then try to find the culprit. Here are my settings in game. Not sure if it will help or not but you can try it.

Someone should post this somewhere people will see it. I think it would help ALOT of people. Every wheel has this flaw PC or not the hall effect sensor is the issue. If u can create the issue u probably are not turning the wheel left fast enough

I got a Logitech g920 for Christmas and I turned everything off started the game with the wheel, and the xbox as well, whenever I am driving in FH4 the wheel goes nuts, car just auto turns, while going straight, it uses enough force to rip it out of my hands, am confused as heck as to what is going on, both the FH4 demo on PC and the actual game on XB1 acts this way, in any car/vehicle. also I play other simulators for driving on PC and the wheel just acts fine

When playing FH5 on PC, the center of the steering feels loose, there is a lot of slack, like in old cars. When I start turning the FFB gets strong and tight but driving straight in a race or down the long motorway feels bad.

I think the "Force Feedback Load Sensitivity" setting is the culprit here. This setting affects the counter-force the wheel produces the faster you go. In my opinion something is of in the game, because every setting bigger than 0.5 leads to the effect of very strong centering force even at low speed and minimal steering input. My IG settings are:

I have an BMW M340i in rl and had an Audi S3 before. My ultimate goal is to try to emulate the steering wheel feel of those, I managed to do that in Forza 7, but in FH5 I am still a bit off. My game constantly crashes so testing and tuning the wheel is a real pain. I think I will have to wait for a patch that fixes the crash issues with fanatec wheels

Double check your steering deadzone under advanced settings. I could have sworn I verified this when I started the game, but after three weeks I was looking through the settings and found a deadzone of 5 in the steering. No idea why. Did the update do this? Maybe when I reverted settings to default while testing the various FFB is the most likely reason. Either way, just double check it and make sure it's at 0.

Glad I found this post. My profiles all had the DirectInput Effects at 0%. Made new profile at 100% and got my FFB back for ETS2. Would appreciate anyone to share their settings, would be great to see what others find feeling best.

the ffb from the plugin in the ets2 forum is way more realistic and better than the standard one. im using a gimx adapter to emulate a g27 (the plugin only works with logitech wheels normally). the spring also works with that

If someone finds anything, please let us know. But we are limited by what the game is giving; a mix of damping, friction, centering spring, constant force and square wave effects, it is a total mess and not realistic at all.

Well, they (SCS) are still developing the feel of the force feedback, so for now, make sure you go to default, then reset your settings. (as some of the old settings will still be present and misrepresent the current state of FFB in the game.

I have been using a logitech Momo Force Wheel for a few weeks now. On straight aways, I experience a rocking back in forth from center in the wheel. I was racing my F094S last night and the wobble is very bad. I have to fight the wheel to keep going straight. I have tried configuring the wheel in the options menu, and have it set to full lock left and right, and try to let the wheel itself return to center, when setting the center.Does this aspect of the wheel wobbling back and forth, when going straight, happen to other people, or do you think my wheel is defective? It works great otherwise. Thanks

Registered: Dec 2002posted 03-26-2003 12:59 PM I'm not convinced that this effect isn't normal. The wheel is tugging left or right since a F1 car is basically unstable in a straight line - it's designed to go around corners. Once it deviates, it then pulls the other way as the force feedback tries to self-centre the wheel.Although I don't use a Momo, i think my GT Force feels the same. I just try to hold on tight to stop the wheel pulling too far and hang on. The effect is often worse at very high speed and in the turbulent air of a car in front, as you can find when drafting in a GT-One at the SuperSpeedway for example.IP: Logged

Registered: Mar 2003posted 03-26-2003 01:35 PM Thanks for the replies, and the welcome.I got to almost 100% with the DS2. I had been wanting the Momo for a while and finally ordered it when I saw the post here listing it for $87 at compgeeks.I started the game over with a blank memory card now that I have the wheel.I experience the back and forth wobble with all cars. It definitely gets worse with increased speed. With the F094S, I set the rear toe angle from the default of -3.0 to 0 to improve straight line stability. I find I can still corner fine like that. I used to do that with the DS2 in fact, because the car would wander on the straights.I feel a bit of slop in the center of the wheel, where you can turn a little left/right before you feel resistance. I will continue to try calibrating the center. I guess you also have to try to hold the wheel in this sweet spot when you're driving in a straight line.So you don't think I need to send the wheel back then? I hope not, because I don't think I could go without it long enough to send it back and wait for a new one.IP: Logged

This forum is a great resource.I guess it all comes down to the fact that there is a little slop in the center of the wheel. But as long as it's normal, and that I don't have a faulty wheel, I'll learn to deal. Love the Momo!IP: Logged
