Microsoft 365 Visio Stencils Download

Auditdiagrams can be helpful when documenting and analyzing processes, such as financial transactions and inventory management. Earlier this year, we added the Audit Diagram Shapes stencil to help users create an audit diagram from a new blank drawing. The stencil comes chock-full of useful audit flowchart shapes, such as tagged process, decision, tagged document, I/O (short for input/ output), manual operation, and more.

After the stencil is added to the Shapes palette, you can select and drag the audit flowchart shapes from the stencil onto the canvas. To note, the process and document shapes default to tagged. To replace the tagged shape with an untagged shape, simply right click the shape and select Untagged from the right-click menu.

Last month, we expanded on these diagramming capabilities by introducing the new Audit Diagram template in parallel with the launch of the new Visio Templates page. We also added nine new, customizable sample diagrams: Audit Approval Process, Audit Data Compilation, Audit Preparation, Contractor Timesheet and Salary Transaction Process, External Audit Process, Internal Audit Process, Payroll Process, Planning and Execution of an Audit 1, and Planning and Execution of an Audit 2. These sample diagrams are available for users with a Visio Plan 1 or Visio Plan 2 license and can be accessed from the Visio Templates page at www.microsoft365.com/template/visio. Select Flowchart in the left navigation pane, then select the Audit subcategory or scroll down the page.

Event-driven process chain (EPC) diagrams can be particularly useful for modeling business processes, analyzing them, and identifying areas of improvement. Earlier this year, we added the EPC Diagram Shapes stencil to help users create an event-driven process chain diagram from a new blank drawing.

Again, these sample diagrams are available for users with a Visio Plan 1 or Visio Plan 2 license and can be accessed from the Visio Templates page at www.microsoft365.com/template/visio. Select Flowchart in the left navigation pane, then select the EPC subcategory or scroll to the bottom of the page.

Does anyone know where to find visio stencils of APC products? I would like to add some APC UPS's to my drawings but have found no stencils on APC site. It seems most all vendors supply stencils for their products. I'm not sure why APC doesn't do the same. It seems to me they would want their product show in a presentation.

I downloaded the Visio Stencil on Netzoom following the FAQ but there PDU type shapes in that files is really small.

I am looking for the shape for the APC AP7922, or equivalent looking at least, can anyone help out?

any stencils we have are generally posted on the documentation tab of the APC SKU page. for example, _index.cfm?base_sku=AP8641&tab=documentation - very last item on that page. if you can find your cooling unit on the website, you can check there.

It is rather unfortunate as Tripp Lite offers a complete and I do mean comprehensive array of VISIO/OmniGraffle stencils.

I have been left resorting to using theirs to fill in the gaps since APC has seen fit not to release any. Were I a competent vector artist I would just create my own, but I have a company to run, project plans to draft and of course products to sell.

We published visio stencils for NetBackup appliances a while back. Since then there had been requests for providing stencils for NetBackup objects as well. We heard you loud and clear. We are providing stencils for NetBackup master server, media server, clients and tape drives and robotic arms. More objects will come later. We wanted to get this to you right away. Enjoy!
