I have 3 weeks that I have replanted the cactus to a bigger pot. I
took the cactus from the original pot (which was very small, actually
you couldnt see the earth cause cactus was too big) and planted it in
a new pot. Also I added new earth around the cactus. However I noticed
that the new soil around the cactus started to go down. I mean the
level of the earth around the cactus is going down. Should I add a bit
more soil or its ok to leave it like this? at first the earth was same
level with the pot and now is a bit below. Is that a problem?

Well, if the soil compacts after repotting I would fill in some extra - just make sure that the root neck is approximately at the same level compared to the soil surface before and after repotting.
