Dosage	PO Termination of pregnancy (≤49 days) 600 mg as a single dose followed 2 days later by 400 mcg of misoprostol as single dose. Postcoital contraception 600 mg as a single dose w/in 72 hr of unprotected intercourse. Termination of pregnancy up to 63 days 600 mg as a single dose, followed by 1 mg gemeprost vaginally after 36-48 hr. Labour induction following intrauterine foetal death 600 mg/day for 2 days. Termination of pregnancy between 13-24 wk of gestation 600 mg as a single dose given 36-48 hr prior to prostaglandin therapy.Cervical softening and dilatation prior to surgical termination of pregnancy 600 mg as a single dose given 36-48 hr prior to the procedure. Administration	May be taken with or without food. (Avoid grapefruit juice.)
Contraindications	Confirmed or suspected ectopic pregnancy, chronic adrenal failure, concurrent long-term corticosteroid therapy, history of allergy to mifepristone, misoprostol or other prostaglandin, haemorrhagic disorders or concurrent anticoagulant therapy, porphyria, hepatic or renal impairment; pregnancy and lactation; IUD in place; undiagnosed adnexal mass.
Special Precautions	Asthma, COPD; women smokers >35 yr; CV disease or risk factors; smoking; alcoholism; prosthetic heart valve; history of infective endocarditis.
Adverse Drug Reactions	Excessive vaginal bleeding; UTI; uterine haemorrhage; uterine infections; unusual tiredness or weakness; back pain; diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting; fever; dizziness; headache; anxiety; GI cramps.
Drug Interactions	Decreased efficacy with aspirin and NSAIDs. Efficacy of corticosteroids (including inhaled) decreased, monitor patients during co-admin and for several days afterwards.

Vì lúc sáng em không nhớ rõ nguồn tài liệu mình đọc được nên thông tin này em đã gửi phản hồi cho Bs Diễm Tuyết.

Ban cán sự lớp nên gặp phụ trách lớp xin cho các anh chi thi lại đi trong đợt này và thi lý thuyết luôn! vì không đơn giản là đi lại mà còn liên quan đến công tác tại cơ quan vì quyết định đi học đến hết 5/9/2012. nếu thời gian đi tiếp 1 tháng sẽ rất khó khăn cho các anh chị. vì những người thi lại không ai cũng như các bạn mới ra trường chỉ đi học, đi thêm 1-2 tháng cũng không sao. Mong các bạn ban cán sự lớp có trách nhiệm hỗ trợ - thuyết phục dùm trong thời gian sớm nhất. nếu có thể đi trong 2 tuần này nhằm giảm kéo dài thời gian; mong ban cán sự lớp có câu trả lời sơm nhất.

thông báo cho các bạn 1 tin khá nóng.hiện tại phòng đào tạo đang lên danh sách gần 20 người ( đang đợi ý kiến bs thu thủy) phải đi thực tập lại vì vắng quá nhiều ko đủ điều kiện thi lý thuyết.
