Hello,
I'm going to run android (from a SD card) on my loox720. Is there any
posibility to run windows mobile 2003 on the loox720 again (e.g. if i
remove the SD card)?

Hi,
The memory of your Loox will be wiped so you need to make a backup before you switch to Linux.
Since linux will be booted from Windows Mobile the simple fact of not having a SD card inserted will make sure you will still run Windows Mobile.
Also the LooxStore will not be changed. So only stuff that is stored in memory will be erased by Linux.
