Problem with entering Serial Code

I have purchased iFlash but when I try to enter the Serial Code it says that it is invalid. I have tried it both with and without the bars ( - ) in between the numbers, but neither works. I have requested the serial code again, but the same problem keeps occuring. There's no spelling mistake in my name or e-mail address either. I have e-mailed David McGavern about this problem (twice), but he does not respond. 

Now I have noticed that he doesn't spend too much attention to Loopware anymore (the question that checks if you're not a bot when you try to e-mail him is what year it is, which has "2011" as the correct answer) so I guess he doesn't check the mail anymore. It is probably something that I should have checked before I purchased the program, but that's too late now.  

Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem and how I can fix it?
