Hey everyone,

I've gotten a lot of email from users who wanted some type of forum to
discuss iFlash with fellow users, so here it is! I will be
occasionally monitoring these forums, but it will mainly be users
helping users, so if you have any issues don't hesitate to email me
through the Loopware support page (http://www.loopware.com/
support/) :-).

Enjoy!

HI,

Is there a tech support number or some other way that we can get problems addressed with this application? I purchased it because I thought it was an Apple authorized app. (Mac compatible and the lower case i at the start of the name). Now, Apple says it's a 3rd party app despite it's appearance to the contrary, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to contact anyone for help. The app has crashed, I attempted to email the address on the loopware webpage and have not heard back. The application won't work unless I repurchase it and iTunes won't let me repurchase something that's already installed. Meanwhile, my flashcards that I made to study for the Bar exam are inaccessible. Please help!
