iFlash cannot open decks on Macs running Catalina Mac OS??

I downloaded iFlash again to my new iMac with Catalina. The app cannot open any of my decks which I copied over from my MacBook which is running Mojave 10.14.1 and iFlash there opens the same decks just fine.

Has iFlash finally reached a point where it is actually non-functional / USELESS??
