Couldn't you just sell the source code to a company that has time for
ongoing developement? (Instead you just earn the cash and always tell
to wait for updates - I think its more than 6 month since you told
that there was going to be an update soon...)

Be honest to yourself and sell that software.

Bump. I've moved to different software. Now must disable post notifications from this group!

Agreed! Sell it or update, but don't let it die. Would be a real pity.

For the lazy ones: http://twitter.com/#!/daveymcgav/status/144313719814488064

For anyone who still follows iFlash stuff: the next update does exist (!), and will require Lion. You've been warned :).

"the next update does exist"

Really? -  not in the real world where it counts - i.e. on customer's machines

we're waiting

    -  we've gotten good at it, waiting

        -  but we don't hold our breath

(1 "micro-update" in 2+ years!!)

It won't happen. Instead you could move to Anki, as I've done. Take a look at ankisrs.net/. There is full support for pictures and sound in Anki for mobile devices. The next update promises a much better look. but right now it beats iFlash by far.
