Cannot send deck to my other devices

I bought this app recently, as it was highly recommended in one of the books, I'm currently reading. However, I am kinda annoyed as first of all-  it took ages to even be able to open an account, and secondly - I cannot share those decks with my other devices. I don't use text on the back side, only photos, and they're not transferred to my iphone or macbook. I have no idea why is it so, as the app advertises itself as "easy to use on all devices". Any ideas how I can make it work?
