Base Stack in Looplang

Hi guys, 

I want to write a new complete API Expose (New SOA) framework, thats handle both Request and Event architecture, supporting WebSockets, external DSL to integration using Apache Camel or Mule embedded, like a mashup language inspired by YQL. Before the start the new adventure, we need write some commons tools, like TDD frameworks, logs etc. 

To start any iniciative, I want to write a small bundle to TextMate to facility the coding. I hope that bundle will be finalized quickly.
