duplication cron job execution

Hi team,

I have setup a cron job which run every 5 mins.

but when I start the server, onTick() function runs twice in 7 miliseconds and hence creating nuisance. After little research got that trottle from lodash might work but that didn't work too.

Do you have any resolution for the same?

Would it be possible to provide the CronJob configuration used (i.e. the code of `new CronJob()`)? This may make it easier for others to replicate the issue.
