What is the .strong-pm directory

I just noticed a .strong-pm directory in my project. It contains an env.js file.

What is this for? How does it interact with Strongloop Process Manager?

Arc has an internal strong-pm instance for working with a local app.

yes afaik it is a working directory for strong-pm so shouldn't be tracked
