Creating GraphQl API with @loopback/graphql

How do I create a graphQl server using loopback. 

PS: I'm not converting from REST to graphQl, i want create a standalone graphQl server.

@loopback/graphql can be used to create GraphQL APIs, and not converting from REST API. Please see https://loopback.io/doc/en/lb4/GraphQL.html for more details.
