[发布] 龙梦技术预览包 (Lemote tech preview packages)

大家好，

我们在龙芯 3A平台上制作了一系列实验性技术的预览包，用于方便地演示一些实验性的技术。注意，虽然这些安装包是基于LOonux3，然而可以通过修改使其运行在其他龙芯
3A的发行版上。方法是通过'-x'参数来解开并修改。另外，通过临时目录的“pack.sh”脚本可以再次打包。

后续有新增的技术预览，也会添加到技术预览包的索引网页上。

Hello, we've released a series of Lemote tech preview(LTP) packages,
to make it convenient to distribute/demonstrate experimental tech on
Loongson 3A platform.

Currently we've made following LTP packages:
* UVD based HD-playback.
* The chromium browser.
