We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator in San Ramon

Responsibilities: Developing proposal, qualification and presentation materials; managing electronic library (documents, photos, etc.); extensive database management; technical editing; and administrative duties.
Desired candidate will also: Have well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal project managers and support staff. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment. Be open to learning about all company services. Have the ability to work and succeed as a team. Enjoy learning and sharing knowledge with others for the success of the company.
Education/Experience Necessary: B.A./B.S. degree in English, Marketing, Business or other closely related field (required); minimum 2-5 years-professional experience (preferably in the A/E/C industry). The ideal candidate must be well organized, a strong writer, and familiar with relational databases. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products is essential and familiarity with Adobe products and Deltek VISION a plus. Must have a valid California driver’s license and insurance, and a good driving record.
